A year of growth for Tower Street Finance
What a year it’s been for Tower Street Finance. It’s a real challenge to create a new sector with a range of entirely new products. However, over the course of the last 12 months we have seen our business continue to grow, going from strength to strength.
Helping more people, delivering excellent customer service and record lending levels are just some of the highlights, but we’d like to share a few more with you.
Helping people is at the heart of what we do, and we have helped over a thousand, either as customers or partners, to navigate the financial challenges of inheritance, probate and estate administration. Experiencing so much interest in probate lending emphasises how many people we can help if they are aware of our solutions.
Delivering excellent service is important to us. Last year we achieved and then maintained an excellent Trustpilot score. This is something we are exceptionally proud of as it validates the quality of service we provide to all our customers.
As the innovators of the original probate lending solutions, delivering the best quality solutions is crucial. We have maintained our five-star Defaqto ratings, underpinning the high quality of our financial products. This provides further reassurance that you’re in safe hands.
As the pioneer of a new probate lending sector, delivering growth is important to firmly establish the sector. We enjoyed several record lending months over the last year as our business continues to grow, and we look forward to more growth in the coming year. The recent announcement of the £100m funding deal with Pollen Street Capital will help fuel this growth.
We have also diversified our range of channels to market during the year, so are no longer just dependent on our valuable relationships with solicitors and probate administrators – we now receive applications from a number of other professional firms and associations, as well as directly from customers, which in turn means we can provide business to our solicitor/probate administrator partners. Building a talented team means we can continue to provide a high-quality service. We have recruited more colleagues to ensure we can continue to deliver on our high standards as we continue to grow. This helps ensure we can maintain our excellent customer service whilst developing more capabilities and products to support our customers.
Finally, we were pleased to round the year off by winning the Probate Lending Experts of the Year in the Northern Enterprise Awards. This is recognition of all the hard work that has gone into building a strong business delivering pioneering financial solutions.
