Family tree unlocks Inheritance Advance of £150,000

Tower Street Finance was approached for an Inheritance Advance of £150,000. But it wasn’t straightforward   – there wasn’t a will and the applicant couldn’t prove that he was the only child of the deceased.

The main asset left in the estate was a property, with a small outstanding mortgage.
