Proud to be shortlisted

In its initial year of offering products to the probate sector, Tower Street Finance is proud to be shortlisted for its first industry award.

Its first to market product – Inheritance Advance – has been recognised by British Wills and Probate and will compete for the Innovation of the Year award 2020, sponsored by Ampla.

The awards take place virtually on 22 October and will be hosted by Jennie Bond.

Tower Street Finance (TSF) launched its first unique product this year. It means beneficiaries will be able to access a proportion of their money sooner, without having to wait for probate to complete, or worry about their credit history.

Says Richard (Dicky) Davies, TSF’s business development director: “We’re really proud to be recognised in this category and feel we’ve absolutely got a product which will revolutionise the probate sector and make many people’s lives easier. We know one in three Brits rely on inheritance and with the economy in the situation it is due to Covid 19 we hope this can make things easier for people who are already in a difficult emotional situation and potentially financially one as well.”

The shortlist for the category is:

  • Foot Anstey
  • Tower Street Finance
  • Estate Search

Karen Babington, Director of the Practical Vision Network who run the Today’s Wills and Probate trade publication said: “I want to thank all of the nominees and congratulate the three shortlisted organisations. The judges had a tough decision on their hands and I look forward to seeing the outcome.”
