Robert joins Tower Street Finance

The Tower Street Finance team continues to grow with the addition of Robert Key as our new Case Management & Recoveries Lead. 

Robert has worked in the debt collection industry for over a decade, the majority of which was spent with BW Legal. Here he worked his way up to the position of Contact Centre Team Manager where he managed a team specialising in the recovery of outstanding balance from a variety of sectors, from financial accounts to parking charge notices. 

In his new role, Robert will support the Underwriting team and manage live cases by working with administering solicitors to ensure they progress, flagging any concerns and taking recovery action where needed.
