Building new partnerships
At Tower Street Finance, we are building partnerships with solicitors and estate administrators, to help clients navigate the financial challenges of probate.
We currently work with over two thousand firms across England and Wales. These range from large, medium or smaller firms, but they all have clients who need financial help as they pass through probate and estate administration.
Before Tower Street Finance launched, these clients wouldn’t have anywhere to turn to get the help they need through traditional financial services. We carried out research and the insight we gleaned enabled us to create a set of products that meet the needs of these customers.
This gave us the exciting opportunity to create a new marketplace and help hundreds of customers.
Building strong partnerships
We are also helping more and more of our partners understand how we can provide them with new solutions that solve some of the frustrating case management and financial challenges busy professionals face when offering probate services to their clients. This can include:
- Unlocking estates which do not have enough liquidity to pay the IHT bill
- Funding testamentary expenses (funeral costs, legal/administration fees, property maintenance etc)
- Funding Inheritance Disputes
- Accessing inheritance before the estate arrives at distribution
