Dan and Ben complete the Tower Street Finance team of 2021

As part of our continued growth, we’ve welcomed four new colleagues to the Tower Street Finance team over the last month and this week we’re excited to announce another two have joined us to complete our 2021 team.

Dan Holland is the new addition to our business development team and Ben Ivory will be strengthening our underwriting operation.

Strengthening the team

Before joining Tower Street Finance, Dan was working in the estate planning sector so was able to see first-hand the problems that people who were going through probate were facing.

As part of our business development team,  Dan now feels he has the opportunity to offer solutions to them: “I’ll be reaching out to professionals to let them know how we can help with solving their and their clients’ issues.

“Having worked with problematic estates in the past I know how awful it is to have to say ‘no’ and at Tower Street our ethos is the exact opposite. Our products are the most useful I’ve seen in the sector for people who find themselves struggling with the probate process.”

Ben’s background is in real estate lending and says although it’s a different type of lending to Tower Street Finance’s offering he brings many relatable skills. Ben’s joining the underwriting team and is passionate about how data can help deliver a great service to our clients.

Ben said: “I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in – it’s such an exciting proposition and the scale of the opportunity is huge. The products are unique to the market and I’m pleased to be joining the team at a stage where I know I can make a difference.”
