Following the launch of its Estate Expense Funding, Tower Street Finance was able to adapt the product to be specific to the needs of Executor Solution’s clients.
Executor Solutions help estate administrators prepare probate property for sale and have found a common issue which is that many clients don’t have the funds to cover upfront expenses such as insurance, professional fees, property maintenance and house clearance.
Tower Street Finance’s director Dicky Davies said: “Executor Solutions approached us and said that this problem was holding up the sale of many properties which in turn means the beneficiaries are facing a long wait until the property proceeds can be released to them.
