Gill Steel, founder of Lawskills, the learning and development consultancy for private clients, hosted a discussion about the benefits of Tower Street Finance’s products and services recently.
She was joined by Foot Anstey partner Rachel Brooks and TSF director Dicky Davies. The debate was filmed and you can view it here.
Innovative Lawskills training
Gill opened by explaining that as well as legal training for professionals, Lawskills is also always on the look-out for innovative products and services which could enhance the delivery of law firms’ work to their client base and that one of her most recent discoveries was Tower Street Finance.
What struck Gill about the range was how it would help with the problems which professionals, executors and beneficiaries have with ‘locked’ estates which are waiting to be released once the Grant of Probate is issued.
Rachel pointed out that probate can often be slowed down because of liquidity issues and that solicitors need quick and easy solutions to release the estate which could help take away the worries of delays.
Dicky Davies said: “It was a really interesting and useful debate. When we developed all of our products we did our homework with the professionals, but it was really pleasing to have the confirmation that our range can help them meet the needs of their clients and help them out at a time when they need it most.”
