Inheritance Tax Loan and Estate Expense Funding help those who are responsible for administering an estate pay for Testamentary Expenses before the estate proceeds are released. These include:

- Property maintenance
- Professional fees
- House clearance
Both products are repaid directly from the estate and there are no credit checks, no direct liability, no monthly repayments and no charge over property.
